<p>步行：飯後45分鐘左右，以每小時4．8公里的速度步行，熱量消耗很快，若在飯後2－3小時再步行一次，效果更佳。</p>
<p>瑜珈：每週3至4次，不僅可強健肌肉，增加韌性及靈活性，還可保持體態苗條。</p>
<p>跳舞：輕歌慢舞，每週3至4次，也是減肥方法之一。</p>
<p>跳繩：只要有足夠的空間，跳繩可隨時隨地進行，可融減肥於遊戲中。</p>
<p>晨操：晨起後，做約20分鐘的徒手操，既可振奮精神迎接一天的挑戰，又可保持青春體態。</p>
<p>喝水：眾多的減肥法中，正確的喝水是最簡易無負擔的。每天在起床後、早餐時、上午、午餐前、午餐後、晚餐前、晚餐後喝至少2升的開水和礦泉水，瘦身效果明顯。</p>
