<p>在許多超市和米業店面中，粗糧都成了力推產品，大部分粗糧不但富含人體所必需的氨基酸和優質蛋白質，還含有鈣、磷等礦物質及維生素，相對大米、白面而言，粗糧的碳水化合物含量比細糧低，膳食纖維含量高，食用後更容易產生飽腹感，可減少熱量攝取，達到減肥的功效。聯合國糧農組織建議，健康人常規飲食中應該含有30～50克纖維。</p>

<p>成人最好每天吃50～100克的粗糧，品種多一些更好。粗糧中含有豐富的膳食纖維，會對大腸產生機械性刺激，加速腸蠕動，促進食物殘渣儘早排出體外，保證消化系統正常運轉。</p>
<p>粗糧中的膳食纖維具有吸附作用，可延遲飯後葡萄糖吸收的速度，對高血壓、糖尿病和心腦血管疾病有很好的防治作用。</p>
<p>在吃完粗糧後要記得多喝水，因為粗糧中的纖維素需要有充足的水分才能保障胃腸道的正常消化。一般來講，多吃一倍纖維素，就要多喝一倍水。</p>
<p>另外，老年人由於胃腸功能減弱，吃粗糧過多會導致腹脹、消化吸收功能減弱，因此吃粗雜糧要適量。</p>
